We recently sent out a survey to evaluate how we are seen by our clients.  We were pleased that we got some great responses;

“I would not make any changes to Ace, the support we receive is amazing”
“I get what I called for, brilliant service”
“I have given them the highest score possible”
“Good service and reaction time”

When we look at the breakdown of the results we can see some encouraging figures, but there is always room for improvement;

96% of our clients rate the quality of our service as high or very high
93% of our clients rate the customer service experience as very positive
85% of our clients rate us as above average or excellent for value for money

Our aim is to provide the best possible service so these results give us a great insight into how we are doing.  We take all the comments on board and use this to improve the way we work going forward.
